Litigation Paralegal - Hybrid (San Francisco)

A fast-paced and well-respected legal team in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal who can step in quickly and provide immediate support. This role is ideal for someone who has strong eFiling skills, solid eDiscovery experience, and the ability to manage complex litigation tasks with minimal oversight.
About the Role
The Litigation Paralegal will support multiple attorneys by handling case management, discovery workflows, document preparation, and critical litigation tasks. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and confident navigating both federal and state litigation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform state and federal eFiling with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage eDiscovery tasks, including document review, organizing productions, and coordinating with vendors
- Assist with drafting and preparing pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, and trial documents
- Maintain case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars
- Support attorneys with deposition prep, exhibit creation, and trial binders
- Communicate with courts, counsel, experts, and clients as needed
- Assist with case intake, research, and fact development
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all work product
Qualifications
- 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience
- Strong experience with eFiling (state & federal)
- Hands-on eDiscovery experience (review platforms, production prep, tagging, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and litigation support platforms (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw, Logikcull - any similar tool acceptable)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple deadlines
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to hit the ground running
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $35+ per hour (DOE)
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
- Schedule: Hybrid work model (onsite + remote flexibility)
